In many projects we agree on performance-based remuneration: only if a savings is achieved for you, we will be compensated.

We have logistics mentors working for us who bring expertise from a wide variety of fields: From production and manufacturing technology, distribution and intralogistics to materials management, supply chain and procurement management, and transport mode logistics – we combine operational experience with strategic know-how and apply this specifically to project business. Our Managing Director, Thomas Klein, joined the Elsen Group as Managing Partner in October 2007. Previously, he was responsible for materials management, logistics and supply chain processes in various management positions in Europe and worldwide at top international groups in the automotive industry such as Tenneco and ZF (then TRW).
